Jaime Bisbal, Managing Director of Invisible

Jaime Bisbal joins the research and design company Invisible as managing director for the creation and implementation of a strategic and business development plan for the company. He will work transversally and with a multifactorial approach in a key moment of expansion of the Jungle ecosystem.

Jaime has seventeen years of experience in BBVA, a Spanish bank with a worldwide presence, as Director of Marketing, Design and Behavioral Economics for the last five years and leading a team of 150 people. Previously, he was part of the creative and digital department of GREY, a multinational advertising company.

He holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master in Digital Business from ESADE. He has also completed the Corporate Management Program at IESE, Management Development at IE + Financial Times, Strategic Management of Innovation, Digital Trends and Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley and the Strategic Foresight Principles Bootcamp at Kedge.

His role will be divided into different areas: company management, strategic planning and business expansion, talent promotion and organizational culture development, ensuring a satisfactory and lasting relationship with clients and collaborators, including the financial management of research, innovation and design projects. Jaime will combine his role at Invisible with his responsibility at Goodness Prevails, a communications accelerator that promotes marketing from a more sustainable and conscious perspective.

‘I am excited about the opportunity to work with a wonderful team. Those companies capable of thinking long term are ahead of their time and those to come, they make important decisions with forethought and in a creative way. They don’t just react, they anticipate. In a world where we are constantly faced with immediate challenges, it is necessary to understand more deeply the changes of the present and contemplate the multiple directions of the future,’ according to Jaime Bisbal.

At the intersection of design, culture and business, Invisible explores disruptive narratives and futuristic strategies in the creation of new products and services. It is led by Jungle and Stef Silva, who was selected in 2023 as one of the 100 most creative women and in 2021 and 2022 as one of the 40 most influential futurists in Spain by Forbes magazine. Invisible’s clients include the Telefónica Foundation, BBVA, Seguros Santalucía and the European Climate Foundation.
