Rebeca Rodríguez joins as HR director to enhance talent in the ecosystem

Rebeca Rodríguez joins Jungle to lead the human resources area and implement a company culture focused on talent development. Graduated in Psychology from the University of Deusto, after dedicating herself to research, she specialized in human resources and joined El Economista. After 11 years at the newspaper, she was HR director at the CEOE and sectors such as real estate and financial technology. Her training includes postgraduate courses such as the ESADE Promociona Project that promotes women to Senior Management.

Rebeca Rodríguez will lead this newly created department to professionalize the people area and work on talent development as an added value at Jungle. ‘We are already a leading company in our sector, so the challenge is to adapt the company culture to the pace of an organization that is growing at double digit and know how to recognize and put talent in the right place’. 

The ecosystem has grown by 25% in talent last year, so this area will be transversal to the company and key to strengthening Jungle’s structure and contributing to its growth. Jungle is an ecosystem made up of 10 companies that apply creativity from different perspectives (digital product design, industrial design, advertising, public relations, editorial projects) based in Madrid and Barcelona, ​​listed on Euronext Paris, and is made up of a team of 250 professionals and works with clients such as Inditex, KFC, BBVA, Grupo MásMóvil, Pepsico, Alibaba, McDonald’s, Movistar+, Cofidis, La Caixa, Adecco or Just Eat.
