Lorena Javierre, True’s new General Manager

True, the PR agency within the creative ecosystem Jungle, incorporates Lorena Javierre as General Manager to professionalize the management of the company, continue its double-digit growth and develop synergies with other agencies and companies in the group. With a degree in Journalism from the University of Navarra and a master’s degree in marketing and commercial management (GESCO) from ESIC, she has more than 20 years of experience in strategic communication, brand building, reputation, corporate and consumer PR, crisis management and influencer marketing.

During her extensive career in media and PR, she has worked in Grupo Zeta and in the main PR agencies operating in the Spanish market: LLYC, Ketchum (now OmnicomPR) and Ogilvy, where she was Head of PR & Business Partner, leading the areas of new business, health, brand corporate and tech, and contributed especially to the transformation of the PR discipline, turning it into a strategic area for the company.

Throughout her career, Javierre has accompanied leading companies in their communication needs and strategies, such as Pfizer, HEINEKEN, IKEA, Procter & Gamble, McDonald’s, Pepsi, Colgate, Ford, L’Oréal Professionnel, Johnson & Johnson, Makro, Adeslas, LG Electronics, Janssen, Philips and Royal Canin, among some of the most outstanding. Her professional solidity, her experience leading multidisciplinary teams and her results orientation endorse her leadership in the new stage that True is facing.

When I came up with the idea of mixing the creative vision of PS21 with the credibility of a PR company, I never thought that the agency would grow so fast. True was born with the creative muscle of PS21; now Jungle21 is an ecosystem of 10 other companies and that gives True a unique competitive advantage: working with creative from multiple different disciplines. We are in a moment of growth in which we need rigor and professionalism to double the results in the next 1,000 days, and Lorena Javierre is the profile we need to boost its growth and consolidate the agency’, according to Agustín Vivancos, CEO & Founder of Jungle.

For her part, True’s new managing director says: ‘I am joining a winning project in which we have a great challenge: to place True at the top of the industry. I am very excited to lead this journey for which we have an extraordinary team, an ecosystem that accompanies us and drives us every day and the trust of our current and future clients’.
