Jungle acquires FCK
Jungle announced today the acquisition of 100% of digital agency Full Circle Karma (FCK). With this acquisition, Jungle makes its fifth acquisition since its founding in 2018 expanding its geographic scope (Barcelona) and talent capacity.
This addition is part of the company’s growth and expansion strategy, which aims to double in size over the next three years, and follows the recent acquisition of creative boutique PINK as well as the integration of the Invisible futures design lab Invisible. The acquisition price, which will be partly in cash and partly in Jungle shares, may be adjusted based on Full Circle Karma’s performance between 2022 and 2027.
‘The acquisition of FCK places us at the center of the Barcelona market and allows us to continue to expand the digital services we offer to all our clients within the J21 ecosystem. We continue with the implementation of our growth plan following the good financial results of 2021’, according to Agustin Vivancos, Founder and CEO of J21.
Founded by creative directors Hugo Olivera, Enric Nel-Lo and Jaume Leis, Full Circle Karma (FCK) is an independent company expert in branding, design and digital projects. With a strong culture that combines commitment, craft and a 100% digital DNA, FCK has signed projects, developed apps and designed digital business models for UNICEF, Fundación La Caixa, Diputaciò de Barcelona, Generalitat de Catalunya, Cola Cao or Colvin. The three professionals have won more than 150 awards at major international advertising festivals.
Jungle is made up of a staff of 150 professionals and currently consists of seven independent companies: PS21, creative agency; True, communications consultancy with creative DNA; Redbility, product design and digital services consultancy; ES3, digital agency, PINK, creative boutique; the futures lab Invisible and Full Circle Karma.
Thus J21, whose creation responds to the objective of promoting a new company model by placing creativity at the center of the entire value chain, continues with its expansion plan expected to continue in the upcoming months.
