Beatriz Arce, General Director of Jungle

Jungle promotes Beatriz Arce to the executive board. The Cantabrian manager assumes the role of General Director of the group to consolidate and boost the growth of a creative ecosystem listed on the Euronext stock exchange from 2022. Graduated in Advertising and Public Relations from the Complutense University, and a student in the General Management Program at IESE, Beatriz Arce has held the position of CEO of PS21 since 2020.

The company’s track record has been outstanding since her designation. PS21 has been agency of the year at the latest edition of Eficacia Awards, best indie agency at Cannes Festival, the third agency of the year according to Scopen and the third global agency at El Ojo de Iberoamérica. In 2020, the agency became the first indie company to handle BBVA’s creativity after beating three multinationals in the midst of confinement and, recently, the agency has achieved the BCorp certification, a standard that verifies the accomplishment of high benchmarks regarding social and environmental impact, public transparency and legal accountability.

Beatriz Arce now assumes the general management of the communication cluster Jungle -which incorporates the creative agencies PS21 and PS21 Barna, the consultancy True, the digital agency ES3, the creative boutique PINK, the football creative agency Líbero Creative Club, the cultural lab and future design Invisible, the editorial project Líbero, the industrial design company Lúcid, the product design and digital services consultancy Redbility and the social agency MeMe-. Committed to creative excellence, Arce has been trained at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership and has led award-winning projects at the Cannes Film Festival, El Sol, the CdeC and the Eficacia Awards.

‘When I started working at PS21 I trusted in a very exciting project yet to be built and, four years later, Agustín trusts me to consolidate Jungle. This would be an impossible challenge without a team like the one that accompanies me, led by an inspiring person as Vivancos. I hope to be up to the task and, of course, to make our clients’ business grow’, explains Beatriz Arce.

‘Having a traveling companion like Bea makes everything seem easier. Since I have known her she has only improved day by day. She has inexhaustible strength and energy. Her natural leadership has made it possible for PS21 to be where it is. From now on her challenge is to replicate that success to the rest of the companies in the jungle’, clarifies Agustín Vivancos, CEO and Founder of Jungle.

The creative ecosystem of Jungle is listed on the Euronext, it consists of more than 200 workers and it is composed by the independent companies PS21 and PS21 Barna, creative agency; True, communication consultancy; Redbility, product design and digital services consultancy; ES3, digital agency; PINK, creative boutique; the cultural lab and future design Invisible; the editorial project Líbero; the football creative agency Líbero Creative Club; the industrial design company Lúcid and the social agency MeMe. Jungle is creating a new company model with a positioning that applies creativity throughout the value chain.
