Jungle reinforces its integration strategy with the signing of Elisa González as M&A Director
The consultancy consolidates a programmatic acquisition model focused on scalability after incorporating 5 companies in two years.

Jungle brings on Elisa González as M&A Director, a strategic appointment to drive its programmatic M&A model and consolidate the integration of specialized companies within the consultancy. González will report directly to Agustín Vivancos, CEO and founder of Jungle, and will lead the group's inorganic growth strategy.
Elisa will be responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, end-to-end transaction execution, and overseeing the strategic integration of acquired companies—a differentiating element of Jungle's model for scaling capabilities, reinforcing positioning, and maximizing synergies between companies.
With a six-year track record in KPMG Madrid's M&A division, Elisa has advised transactions in sectors including consumer and media, bringing analytical rigor, technical expertise, and strategic vision to growth and business consolidation processes. She holds dual degrees in Business Administration and International Relations from ICADE.
Her joining comes in the context of sustained M&A activity at Jungle. Over the past two years, the consultancy has integrated five companies, including Move Branding, Milú, BUM, Liquid Lab, and most recently Rocket, strengthening its offering in design, technology, communication, and digital growth. This strategy is supported by a structured model with external advisors and an internal M&A team, aimed at ensuring both the soundness of transactions and their proper operational integration.
In this scenario, the M&A strategy is consolidating as one of Jungle's key growth levers, enabling it to expand capabilities, increase operational efficiency, and take on larger-scope projects for its clients. 'Jungle's growth is not based on one-off transactions but on a programmatic M&A model that integrates new capabilities into the consultancy. Elisa's addition reinforces a key function to ensure that each transaction responds to clear strategic, operational, and cultural logic,' according to Agustín Vivancos, CEO and founder of Jungle.
'Jungle has a unique value proposition and growth model in the market. I eagerly take on the challenge of joining the consultancy to strengthen its sector consolidation project and continue building a collaboration model that combines talent, specialization, and differentiation,' adds Elisa González, who has been with the company since January 2026.
