Jungle strengthens its integration strategy with the appointment of Elisa González as Director of M&A
Jungle has appointed Elisa González as Director of M&A, a strategic hire aimed at strengthening its programmatic M&A model and consolidating the integration of specialised companies within the consultancy. González will report directly to Agustín Vivancos, CEO and Founder of Jungle, and will lead the group’s inorganic growth strategy.
In her role, Elisa will be responsible for identifying and analysing investment opportunities, overseeing the end-to-end execution of transactions, and supervising the strategic integration of acquired companies—an element that differentiates Jungle’s model and enables the consultancy to scale capabilities, strengthen its positioning and maximise synergies across its companies.
With six years of experience in the M&A department at KPMG in Madrid, Elisa has advised on transactions across sectors such as consumer goods and media, bringing strong analytical rigour, technical expertise and strategic insight to growth and consolidation processes. She holds a double degree in Business Administration and International Relations from ICADE.
Her appointment comes amid a period of sustained M&A activity at Jungle. Over the past two years, the consultancy has integrated five companies, including Move Branding, Milú, BUM, Liquid Lab and, most recently, Rocket, reinforcing its offering across design, technology, communication and digital growth. This strategy is underpinned by a structured model, supported by external advisors and an internal M&A team, designed to ensure both the robustness of each transaction and its effective operational integration.
Within this context, M&A has become one of Jungle’s key growth levers, enabling the consultancy to expand capabilities, increase operational efficiency and take on larger-scale projects for its clients.
“Jungle’s growth is not based on one-off transactions, but on a programmatic M&A model that integrates new capabilities into the consultancy. Elisa’s appointment strengthens a critical function to ensure that every transaction responds to a clear strategic, operational and cultural rationale,” says Agustín Vivancos, CEO and Founder of Jungle.
“Jungle has a unique value proposition and growth model in the market. I am excited to join the consultancy and contribute to strengthening its sector consolidation project, while continuing to build a collaborative model that combines talent, specialisation and differentiation,” adds Elisa González, who joined the company in January 2026.
