Jungle acquires Rocket and strengthens its eCommerce, data and analytics offering

Jungle has acquired Rocket, a consultancy specialized in technology and digital marketing. Headquartered in Barcelona, with offices in Madrid and Milan, Rocket joins Jungle bringing strong expertise in digital media investment, data analytics, eCommerce solutions and consulting. This integration expands Jungle’s ability to scale digital projects with greater efficiency and operational control. Rocket’s status as a Shopify Premier Partner and Google Premier Partner further elevates Jungle’s global positioning in the eCommerce sector.

Founded in 2014 by Nacho Rodés, Pablo Callejón Muzelle and Albert Morcillo—who will continue to lead the company—Rocket has a team of 80 professionals and is a benchmark in the application of technology and data to drive digital performance. Its certified Shopify partnership and international recognition, including Google Partners Awards, consolidate its market reputation and strengthen the digital capabilities Jungle gains through this acquisition. Rocket reported revenues of €15.3 million in 2025.

The integration positions Jungle to compete in larger-scale digital transformation projects by combining the consultancy’s creative and technological capabilities with Rocket’s expertise in digital investment and eCommerce. “The addition of Rocket marks a milestone in our programmatic growth strategy, but also in how we envision the evolution of Jungle. We are bringing on board a team that shares our ambition and our way of working—applying creativity and technology to deliver results—and this allows us to move towards a model that is more closely aligned with the market,” said Agustín Vivancos, CEO of Jungle. With this acquisition, Jungle has integrated five companies over the past two years.

The transaction is part of Jungle’s strategy to integrate specialized companies in order to consolidate its leadership in design, technology, communication and digital growth. With this acquisition, Jungle strengthens its position in key sectors, increases its operational capacity and boosts collaboration between companies—one of the Group’s strategic pillars to generate innovation and high-value solutions for its clients. Jungle, a B Corp certified company, achieved total revenues of over €60 million in the last fiscal year, representing a 49% increase year-on-year.
