Germán Silva, Creative VP at Jungle

German Silva has been promoted to Creative Vice President at Jungle, assuming leadership of the consultancy’s creative companies to ensure the quality and effectiveness of key projects, align creativity and strategy with business objectives, and continue building a high-performance culture.

Jungle’s integration policy in the creative department has prompted the promotion of Silva to bring coherence to a growing creative team of 50 professionals who manage clients such as Línea Directa, Pepsico, B100 (Abanca), Worten, Dyc, Larios, and KFC, and whose projects combine the different disciplines offered by Jungle’s companies.

Germán Silva, founder and CEO of PINK, an agency acquired by the consultancy in 2022, has led agencies such as DMB&B, Young&Rubicam, Armando Testa, and Havas, in addition to founding companies such as Bárbara & Co. He has won more than 500 awards at major creative festivals such as Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, D&Ad, El Sol, CdeC, Effie Awards, Golden Drum, Eurobest, El Ojo, NY Festivals, Art Directors Club NY, Laus, and the Eficacia Awards. He is vice president of the Transformative Creativity Association and a founding member of the Creative Club.
