Jungle incorporates Move Branding to strengthen its position in brand strategy and design
Jungle has acquired the San Sebastián-based company Move Branding, a specialist in brand transformation, to expand its service portfolio and strengthen brand strategy and transformation disciplines within its creative ecosystem. Founded in 2009 in San Sebastián (Basque Country), Move Branding is a benchmark company in strategic design and brand design.
Move Branding operates with a disruptive vision of design, focusing on sustainable impact. Recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work,’ the company has executed projects for brands such as Salto, Orbea, Loreak Mendian, Azkoyen, Ternua, and Fagor. “For 15 years, Move Branding has helped transform brands by providing strategic direction and expertise for their growth. Joining Jungle will enable us to collaborate with equally iconic clients nationally and integrate more talent into creative processes,” said Patxi Fernández and Marisol Ruiz, co-founders of Move Branding.
This acquisition aligns with Jungle’s programmatic growth strategy, aimed at integrating new capabilities and applying creativity, technology, and design to its services. Move Branding is the fourth acquisition in 2024, following the integration of the tech consultancy Milú, the creative agency BUM, and Liquid Lab, an innovation consultancy specializing in testing business models. “Move Branding brings strategic vision and unique talent that complement and expand our offerings, enhancing our ability to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients. Additionally, its location in San Sebastián, a hub for industrial design, allows us to extend our geographical presence beyond Madrid and Barcelona,” stated Agustín Vivancos, CEO of Jungle.
Move Branding’s influence on the Basque Country’s cultural scene adds further value to the ecosystem. Its leadership in the MIGA festival, a reference platform for dialogue between creativity and business, strengthens Jungle’s mission of connecting creative innovation with tangible business outcomes. With this acquisition, Jungle consolidates its value proposition around four key pillars: strategy, design, technology, and communication, reaffirming its commitment to leading the market with differentiated and sustainable solutions.
Following this addition, Jungle comprises companies specializing in advertising, communication, futures design, digital services, brand strategy, and branding. In its latest fiscal year, Jungle achieved total revenues of €27.2 million, reflecting a 49% increase compared to the previous year. EBITDA reached €5.3 million, representing a 116% growth. Jungle is listed on Euronext, recognized as a BCorp, and has recently opened offices in Barcelona.
